SHIPPING
Your order will either be on a 1 day delivery or a 2 day delivery service. You will be notified once dispatched of a date of arrival.
Yes! We can give you a time-frame on the morning of delivery if you contact us we will liaise with the courier and provide you with an ETA.
- We can ship to any country across the world. If you are willing to pay for the delivery charges.
- Northern Ireland - Delivery charges will be applied at checkout
- Scotland - Small delivery charge is applied at checkout for large items
- Mainland UK - Free delivery

If you would like to change your delivery address, just log into your account and update your address. Or just drop us a message and we would be more than happy to assist with this.
If your order has past its deadline for delivery, get in touch and we shall track down the item and contact the courier on your behalf to locate the item.
If your item has not been delivered please do get in touch as soon as possible. We shall chase the courier up and if no luck, we shall claim of the courier insurance and get to work to create a new item for you.
Once you have placed an order with us and you have requested for our team to install your item.
We shall then be in touch to let you know a delivery date. Due to this we do our own runs, your delivery will be scheduled but slight delays may occur. Updates shall be provided.
The day before, we shall let you know a rough ETA.
On the day, we shall keep you in the loop of live updates of how we are getting on.
If we have arranged this, please ensure somebody is home as we make special efforts to deliver and install.
Sorry to hear your item has failed its delivery on the date provided.
Please get in touch (here) and we shall liaise with the courier and find out the reason why the delivery failed.

bespoke options or you have any comments to make regarding your order
please use the 'Special instructions for seller' text box. - Finalise your purchase by clicking Proceed to Checkout. You can either checkout as guest or register as a new customer.
- The website will then securely lead you to the address and payment page.

We have your order form on our production floor within 1-3 days. So please get in touch as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Yes, after ordering you shall receive an email confirmation. The email will provide you with a payment receipt, order confirmation and an order number.

Warranty & Returns
You get 30 days warranty on any items to return
Yes you can return your item as-long as you return within 30 days. Please state the reason why you would like to return the item. Past 30 days we shall have to invoice you the delivery costs of return before refund.
If you have received faulty or damaged goods, please reject the goods with the courier to return on noticing the damage, we will then amend this damage and replace if its excessive.
Didnt reject the goods? Then please send us an image of the damage to (sales@dnrrustics.com) please include your order number. This is a fast and convenient option for you, and may prevent the need for you to send back the item for a physical inspection.
Even if you need to return the item due to a change of mind, please contact us first, as we can arrange return of the item, with the return postage cost deducted from your refund.
If an item needs to be returned due to it being damaged, faulty or for a warranty claim, please contact us first as we may have alternatives. Should we decide it needs to be returned, we will arrange for the item to be returned at our expense
If small cracks (known as shakes) appear on the surface of your furniture, this is quite normal and part of the character of reclaimed wood. It’s nothing to be concerned about but if you would like them to be more subtle simply wax over them which will fill the shakes with wax.
Over time the wax will dry out and the shakes will start to appear again, this is a good indication its waxing time again! Any excessive cracks I.e breaking down the centre of the wood please send over an image to our email to discuss options. But please note, we are not responsible or reliable for any excessive cracks if the items are
directly by the log burner or radiator as this is causing the wood to become more vulnerable.
